I happen to be a member of folkharmonica.freeforums.net, which is a forum aimed at people who play folk-style harmonica (folk tunes, bluegrass, etc. etc.). In response to one of their members that posted a harmonica solo rendition of Dueling Banjos, I said that I might be up to recording myself and dropping my version of the song on there. However, I don’t play guitar nearly good enough to make my own backing track (and @KevinB claims he can’t make one for me); furthermore, I can’t find anything on the internet that I’m sure I can legally use. So, my question is: does anybody want to lay down the guitar solo at about 130-140 BPM and give me the rights to incorporate it into my recording? Or would you rather not?
Need a hand for Dueling Banjos

I can probably help, but I need to know what you want done about the swap lick sections and I want to see the final video. I am a harpist myself, although not a very good one
Sure, you can see the final video! What exactly is up with the swap lick sections? (That’s where banjo plays the lick first instead of guitar, right?)

No just the bit where they go back and forth, some folks like to speed up and some don’t, and different people do it for different lengths of time
That’s from the original soundtrack by Eric Weissberg, Marshall Brickman and Steve Mandell. Great album!
Ok I’ll try and do it soonish
