I;ve paid for Gold Pick membership, but the site keeps telling me Im on the trial and to Upgrade to Gold Pick. Both on my account section and in PayPal, I’ve confirmed that the payment went through, but I cannot access lessons.

You may have already tried it, but I would log out, clear the cache and log back in.
