Membership issue

Hello,

My membership auto renewed before I could cancel it and I’ve sent 2 separate requests for refund to the “contact us” tab on the site since June 16th (the date of the renewal charge), and I’ve had no correspondence with anyone.

Is there another way to get a hold of someone here to have my refund considered? I read where it is done on a case by case basis. I’m just not sure how to plead my case or whom to plead it to…
