Heck of a first post. Question is I just switch pcs at work and was logging into the site to watch some videos and maybe print a document and I don’t have access to them. When i check on my phone I do. Checked under the my account on both and im gold on one and not found on the pc?

There is a little glitch on the site which has been there since the site was launched. Easy fix, just refresh your browser.
Hey @curtisjames13 ! I think the issue is you have 2 different accounts that you’re logging into with 2 different email addresses. Your Gold Pick account is the one you posted with here, ending in ......es13@gmail.com. Make sure that’s the one you’re logged into on your PC. Thanks and welcome to the forum!

Interesting Ben. Cause I looked at that. I only have one email and I knew it was logging into the correct one cause I show all the emails from you. Any how I thank you for the quick response. Looking forward to all the hard work I got ahead of me.
