Ben, you really I have to try these finger picks, I will bet that after you do you will want them in the store. They aren’t cheap, but they produce a bell like sound on guitar or banjo the likes of which you’ve never heard. I have no affiliation, I just think their worth people’s attention.

I’ve been using Landis fingerpicks for about 2 years straight now and they’re the best I’ve tried so far. Highly recommend getting a set!
They are beautiful, pricey, elegant, pricey, desirable, pricey, gorgeous and a bit pricey.
In other words, I want some, but I cannot, at this time, justify them.
But I’m working on it! 
They’re pretty nice. I have a set but I did eventually stop using them full time. They aren’t as comfortable for me, and kind of expensive to have multiple sets on hand, which I’d need. I still use them occasionally and I feel like they definitely produce good tone.
