Kruger Brothers! - Forever and a Day

That is one great song from the guys who brought you lots of great songs!
Uwe has talked on the live stream about some guy who has catalogued & linked to every song they have done on the live stream almost since it’s inception.
Here’s that link -

Be sure to scroll down a little bit. After the Search filter at the top, there’s a bit of a blank page before you get to the whole index.

I just love this two-song set of “Run Run Run/Wilkes Country Breakdown.”
The main body of ‘Breakdown’ sounds so fluid!

Yeh I posted that link a while back. I also bookmarked it.

Bookmarked here as well.

As an aside - IN the book “Travels with Uwe,” Uwe talks about being relaxed while playing. He acknowledges how difficult it is and how tense one can get and how that tension makes it next to impossible to play properly. (I’m sure this comes as news to no one!)
He suggests playing with your mouth open. He states it is impossible to be tense with your mouth open. When you’re tense, you clench your jaw. When the jaw is relaxed, everything is relaxed.
I tried it, and he’s right! It’s a great tip for when practice becomes frustrating.

Always worth a try. I wonder if that works for singers who feel tense. bug_eyes

Thanks guys for the links.

Every single time I hear something from them I tell myself that I should just start listening to them for a month straight. I’d certainly like to get to know their stuff better. They’ve been on my radar for 8-10 years…just never made the plunge into all of their stuff. Maybe I will soon. I always like listening to them “jam”.
