Well, I guess I will have to play that video in slow motion then and see what I can figure out.

Looks like you are doing a forward roll with thumb moving between 3,4, and 5 along to the melody while index and middle are playing 1 and 2. Does that sound about right?
On Pretty Polly, the first finger should be hitting third string for most of it…but does hit the second a few times in the later part of each phrase.
