Well, it’s that time again, Winter in North America, so after spending most of December in Aruba my wife and I bailed out of Wisconsin and are back in Western Australia. I’ve posted before about the bluegrass presence down here, with weekly jams and sometimes more than one a week.
After the Sunday jam last weekend I was told about a community jam to be held Monday night in Fremantle, just 15 minutes on the bus from our apartment. Many of the Sunday Jammers were there but there were some others, including a guy with a nifty camera. After verifying that everyone was okay with it he filmed the jam. Today he posted this video of me leading “Will the Circle Be Unbroken”. (Before you ask, yes, I do know more than one song…LoL)
I have to warn you…he uses some special effects that might make you seasick…so grab the Dramamine and a cup of coffee (long video…it took a while to get everyone do do a break (should have gone by instrument groups).
