Issues with Chrome

Make sure you are logged in on the main website.

Hey James, sorry to hear you’re having problems! I tested out a few videos and they all play fine for me (I’m also using Chrome). Does the issue persist if you refresh the page and try a different browser? Does the issue happen on any other sites that have embedded Vimeo videos?

@brostone84, since it works for others, the issue might lie at your end. Please try disabling any Chrome extensions on your browser and give it a shot again. It’s possible these extensions are blocking the video playing.

Thank you guys! I’m not positive but I think it was an extension that was part of my bitdefender security package that was causing the problem. All seems to be good now. Y’all are awesome!

I use Bitdefender too and getting the same error message. This has happened to me before but I can’t remember what I did. Did you just remove the extension or did you change a setting?
