…or even if you need practice space, think about contacting some nursing homes in your area. Believe me, no matter how good you might be, having visitors — especially ones that make music — will be a delight. 99 out of 100 nursing homes you’d reach out to would be happy to give you ample space, and on a dedicated basis!

Nursing Homes are really great. We just did a Christmas concert for my Great-Grandma there. They loved singing along (even with an out of tune violin). It is one of the best places to practice, especially since they love it even more.

Old folks like a good singsong. Take along a bunch of ukulele’s and make a party.
