Recently (in the past few weeks) I haven’t been able to view the videos. When I click to play one, a big brown boxed message pops up that says " Sorry, Because of it’s privacy settings, this video cannot be played here." At first, I just thought it had to do with the internet provider we had been having problems with. (low speed, internet disruptions, etc) Just changed to a new provider and I still get the message. I have been able to view some of the older lessons but nothing new. It looks like anything from those lessons posted 4 years ago to present date I can’t view. Anybody else having problems?

Have you tried a different web browser?
We use Google Chrome but have always used that, just don’t know why all of a sudden this started happening. But I will try that and see if if it helps. Thanks
I’ve been watching several videos over the past few days using Chrome with no problem. In addition to try a different browser, I’d be curious to know what Add-Ins you have for Chrome. Maybe one of them is causing the problem.
