I’m not trying to be snarky, but it’s probably not important. You’re probably looking at the chord labeling on a sheet music or tab and that’s for guitar or piano pickers. Banjo can play a regular G chord and you’re fine. The main thing to know is to stay away from a B note, the open 2nd string. The piano/guitar folks aren’t playing that note in the Gsus2 chord so it could clash if you do…but then again, it may sound good.

If you want to roll with that chord, include an A note in your G roll (which is 2nd fret on G string).
