Frets and Strings

It’s not a geetar and it’s not a banjer and it’s not a manderlynn.
What do you call that combination guitar, bass & harp?
I don’t have the answer, only questions.

I have a question(s) too. There are so many strings, why the need to fret at all? Maybe create a thing that strikes each string, like something made of ivory, some could be normal notes others could be sharps and flats, colored coded black and white. Probably wouldn’t be very portable. How has noone thought of this.

The description says “14 string guitar”. The frets look willlld on that thing though.

Either way, Metallica wouldn’t have seen nothing yet

I think you might be describing a hammered dulcimer.
