Short answer:. There was, but now there isn’t due to Copyright ©️ rules. However, send BB Clark a message request and he will likely send you a Copy. Just let him know you’re a member.

I can get the PDF but not the TEF. In Chrome I am seeing “failed - server problem.” Anyone else?

Yes and I can’t do anything about it, I reckon. I do have an email folks can use.

Hmm… thought you should be able to right-click and download it but I guess not. Web server must have something against TEF files.
