Family account/policy?

Hi,

I searched but didn’t find an answer. My spouse is a beginner mando player and would like to be able to submit an occasional video. So I’m guessing we need two accounts? Is there any kind of family package?

@Archie We have one family account but we haven’t taken advantage of the video submissions yet, so I’m not sure how that’d work! @Michael_Mark would probably know!

I believe the general policy is that one account is acceptable for a household, if you’re under one roof.

We have a bunch of silver pick memberships and one family gold pick membership, but like Lucy said we haven’t submitted videos on that yet… I know you can log in to the same account from plenty of devices, so I’d imagine it would be fine to use it together!

Thank you @Tim_C for finding that, I knew i had seen it somewhere but couldn’t remember where.

Years back, I was looking to see if I could share my Gold Pick account here with “Banjoson” (as some of yall know my banjo playing son). I had the account, he did not. I did not share my account with him because it’s in the guidelines not to. Not to worry, & no hard feelings, he was wayyy further along in his instrument than i was !!

Maybe things regarding the guidelines have changed since then? I don’t know…
