Eggspensive Easter

As egg prices continue to soar in the US might be wiser and cheaper buying a few gold eggs this Easter for the kids.

Eggs have finally turned the corner here locally. Still a bit pricey, but headed in the right direction.

We have some geese and they just started laying. Here is a pic of a goose egg next to a chicken egg…

Nothing like FREE range eggs to kick of the day. I have eaten duck’s eggs but never a goose egg. On some of the Scottish islands I do believe they still eat Seagull eggs.

I can’t wait for my geese to start laying! The eggs make our pancakes so much fluffier!

Duck eggs as I recall are quite strong and a little salty
