That is odd—I’ve gotten several requests forwarded to me in the past few days, so I know the contact form is working for other folks. Can I ask what web browser you’re using?

I don’t know if Firefox is the problem or not but I stopped using it. It seemed like every so often there was something that didn’t work right. When developers test their new web code they should test across all browsers but sometimes they leave out the less popular ones to save time, resulting in bugs on the non-tested browsers. Chrome, Safari, and Edge are the most used with Firefox in 4th place. The only way to know for sure is for someone at the BanjoBen International Corporate Headquarters
to submit a contact form using Firefox on a Mac. If it doesn’t work they can contact their web support folks with a bug report.
