I like the looks of those harmonic suppression grommets!

Is there a certain configuration placing the grommets? Side-by-side, staggered, near the top or bottom?

I do not believe so, I’ve done them all different ways.

How do you fix fret buzz? My strings have a little bit of a buzz even when my fingers aren’t on the frets. Do you have any suggestions on what I should do?

Check your nut slots to make sure there isn’t any debris that could be creating a buzz:

Also check that your action isn’t too low and causing the strings to contact the frets:

Ok I will check. Thank You!

Would the suppression grommets also work on a banjo?

Hmmm, I don’t think you’d want to kill those overtones but would be cool to experiment!

Thanks Ben!
