Lots of good stuff in there. I like the circular scale use, the triplet chord strums and the “use me anywhere” last few measures.

This is a great way to apply those walk up/down scales, :). Sounds scary, but if you can walk up and down scales then I don’t think this is as complicated as it sounds.
And what in tarnation is at the end of the rhythm lesson? Time to eat, suckers? LOL.
