Thank you for posting this in an email. I have not been a part of anything on the forum, and checked this one out because of the email… Listening to the recorded session of this ear training lesson was very helpful! And homework! :0 I will try to be there in person next month. I have been completely intimidated by ear training for chords, and this has started to make the whole picture accessible for me. Thanks very much.
@BanjoBen I do well with watching chord changes and such that also help me stay on time within songs during practicing pickin’. Using the jam tracks I get lost in the song not having my eyes to help or words to the song to keep me on time. Some of it is I do not have picking down and some is I cannot hear where to be…yet. Any tips/advice/encouragement?
I will keep watching videos referencing this and of course keep listening. 
You should try using Strum Machine, which can either be used in a browser window or downloaded as an app. It will allow you to create jam tracks and see the chord chart as it plays.
