Discuss the Guitar lesson: Sharing Licks- Guitar

https://banjobenclark.com/lessons/sharing-licks-guitar-guitar-advanced

Taking common licks from other instruments and adapting them to guitar is one of the best ways to grow our picking! Even when we can’t get them note for note, it makes our fingers go to places they don’t normally go. Let’s grab four banjo licks & one mandolin lick and work them out on guitar…see what all you come up with!

I love this concept. It applies to transcribing solos as well. There are some mandolin solos that I enjoy and am curious how they manifest on guitar. With YouTube permitting playing videos slowly, the possibilities are endless. @BanjoBen, thanks for the great lesson and all you have provided!
