Hey Bill. The PDFjust loaded fine for me, so can you check a couple of things real quick?
When you’re on that page, do you see “Logout” at the top of the page, indicating that you’re currently logged in? If so, try a page refresh and try downloading again. If not, go ahead and log in and see if that helps.
If that doesn’t get it, can you try a different browser? The site seems to like Chrome the best. I’ve noticed some odd issues here and there using Safari.
