I love those old hymns that make good bluegrass versions! This one sits quite nice on the banjo. Nothing too tricky about it, & it has some brief melodic ideas for those who are getting friendly with that style.

I learned a basic version of this when I was a student of Murphy Henry way back when I was a rank beginner. At the time it was one of my favourite lessons as all the notes just seemed to flow quite natural. It was a favourite hymn from my childhood Sunday School I guess knowing every melody note helped speed my progress. I have the Flu at the moment and feel quite miserable so it will be a week or so before I get to it. It looks like a fun project.
