Is the Jam track available on “Banjo Ben” somewhere? It looks very useful and a fun way to learn. (Tired of listening to myself all the time … LOL)
If not, what do you recommend?
For making progress on these ideas, what’s a good progression in practice speeds? Ben started at 50. What would be a reasonable end goal?

For his latest couple of lessons, Ben actually used Jam Trainer to make his MP3 backing tracks, which is quite an honor for me.
