Discuss the Banjo lesson: Pickalong: Silent Night

The point of a PickAlong is not to use tab, but to use your eyes and ears to play along with me! I’ve taught solos for Silent Night in G on all 3 instruments if you need help!

Good stuff! I love all of the little text tips you give throughout the video. All good to know for a jam.

Thanks for doing this!

I love these pickalong videos! I’ve always relied on tabs so this is challenging for me but it’s exactly what I’ve been needing! The tips throughout the video are very helpful.

Thanks for this lesson. Do you have lessons on the embellished backup for mandolin? You are doing backup fill licks between vocal phrases, tremolo up and down the fretboard, cross picking, etc. during the singing that I would love to learn more about.
