This is one of the giants in Christian hymnody, and it works so very well on banjo! We’re in the key of C, which is a great key to sing along.

What I really like about this lesson is the encouragement to listen and make it your own. “Make it your own” is something that is finally getting traction with me. The analogy I’ll use is that @BanjoBen (and team) has created a mug; and I received the mug as if it came directly out of the kiln, hardened and unchangeable. But actually, it’s handed to me off of the potters wheel. I can keep it the way it is, or I have the freedom to change the shape of it. The options are endless, and the fun meter indicates the tank is full.
