Nice. I like the thumbs up for emphasis!
You know what @BanjoBen you are telepathetic, television no that’s not right either. Hmm Telepathic that’s it I think. I just got out of bed and I am still a little sleepy Need to head down for breakfast and my morning cuppa joe.
So yeh you have a canne way of knowing what’s on my mind
Yup these are licks I have wanted to learn for a long time but just didn’t know how to describe them. Fancy that it’s just a Bag O’ Fancy Chromatic Licks. Well I never would have guessed that.
You really are a cleaver, no that can’t be right that’s used for choppin meat. Ah yes Clever Educator. That’s it, boy do I feel bad today. Now where is that coffee maker.
Nice licks! These should come in handy. I used to play that first one often as it’s an integral part of “Earl’s Breakdown”. So even Earl thought these licks sounded cool
I have been drilling the chromatic scales b to low d as part of working on stuff, the 1st lick was a great application. I also got a Ben Eldridge lick out of it, love it when stuff starts to fit together. Thanks
Try combining lick#2 and lick #1 by playing the first two measures of lick #2 followed by lick #1 for another variation which is a fancy four measure fill.
