Using headphones with the TEF file playing or just headphones on my ears when playing the banjo? Why?

Using headphones with the TEF Files. There is a feature in the software that allows you to alter the Volume and Pan of each instrument. I prefer the Banjo in my Right Ear and the Rhythm Guitar in my Left Ear having that separation helps me focus my brain on the Banjo whilst the Rhythm in my left ear helps me keep the timing steady and you don’t get the clutter you get through the single computer speaker. You can still hear your banjo whilst wearing headphones.
