Hey everybody,
I signed up for a gold membership a few weeks ago, and noticed afterward that I was charged for two subscriptions on a single account. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times seeking a partial refund but haven’t heard anything back. Any advice on how to get somebody’s attention on this?
