Can't locate a lesson on C,G&D runs

Back in 2021, I took a banjo lesson from banjobenclark.com. The lesson was on runs in G,C&D. I would like to revisit the lesson, but I don’t remember the title, and I don’t remember if it was in the Intermediate or Advanced section. I have been unsuccessful in finding it on the site. I uploaded a clip of me playing it 5 years ago. It is not very good, but it should be good enough for someone to recognize the lesson and help me find it.
