I think I figured out some of the confusion I was having. There’s 2 guitar tabs on here, one in C and one in A. They look the same at first glance (he labels 4 parts on both). But when you look at the chord progressions the version in G skips the extra part that Doc often does and a lot of others don’t (I went back and watched the lesson and he makes this distinction). So in the C version there’s actually 8 extra bars and the C and D parts (here on the site) don’t match up. Confusing to me for sure, but I just this video was awesome watching them all switch instruments.
