I guess I don’t really care to go see local bands that I’ve never heard of, if that makes any sense. None of the big groups ever come this way it doesn’t seem. I would love to go and jam with some folks though.

That is incorrect; me is the objective case pronoun. I is the subjective case.
Example:
I jammed with Bryan Sutton and Sierra Hull!
Bryan Sutton and Sierra Hull jammed with me!

I know I am an old fella but there is much to learn from the local boys and girls all of a sudden you see them do a run or a lick and you ask where did that come from . Their pappy, grandpapy , mum, aunt, Uncle , neighbour showed them it! And none of it is any of the books!
