Bluegrass Underground PBS taping tickets & lodging

Hey folks – sorry this is a bit off-topic, but it’s technically music related (I hope)

My wife and I bought 2 “Stay and Cave” tickets for the Bluegrass Underground PBS taping for my birthday back in 2020, and it’s been rescheduled for Friday March 18th-Sunday the 20th, and we can’t make it.

The seats are in row D right down front, along with the Friday and Saturday night at the lodge, and transportation to the show each day. There are also a lot of other perks that you can read about on that first link. With all of that included, it was about $1400 total for 2 people but we’re open to offers!

I’m super bummed we can’t make it, but I thought someone in this group might be interested? We’ve already spoken to the people at The Caverns, and they’re happy to transfer them over if we can find another buyer.

Wow, what an opportunity! I’m so sorry y’all can’t make it! Gosh, seems like they would give refunds since they rescheduled.

Way cool, especially if you live in Tennessee.

But I don’t do caves. I don’t do mines. I do not go underground for any reason.
Call it a phobia, a neurosis, a quirk or a character flaw, but I’m not going underground even for my my funeral!

Is that the evilgrin in you ?

I don’t want to get any closer to the devil than I already am!

@BanJoe is going out the same as all the old radio and literature hot dogs - like Hunter Thompson. A little gonzo for us commoners. If you really want to be remembered, have your ashes mixed with Bradford pear seeds. Then have them scattered all over town. People will be talking about you for years to come.
