We mostly practice once a week on Thursday and we may play a anywhere from 0-4 gigs per month
We are totally armatures, my wife is a decent fiddle player she could skip practice and do just fine, the rest of us are spotty. Great ability is not a requirement -just muddling through is just fine. Non of us a great singers ether we all take turns but it is not a requirement.
We just try to have fun
but we usually get invited back so do not totally suck.
