Banjo Ben Clark - Not Famous enough for Wiki

Why is @BanjoBen not listed on Wikipedia ?

Taylor Swift has a War & Peace profile but Banjo Ben doesn’t get a mention.

Who writes this stuff anyway?

Hi Archie,

Maybe Ben chose not to be on the limelight??

In my understanding individual’s might be able to create and submit pages. Maybe you can create one for Banjo Ben!

There is a contribute section on the left side. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Help:Introduction_to_editing_with_Wiki_Markup/5

Fame ain’t all what it’s cracked up to be.

I imagine as long as you can find links to “Banjo Ben Clark” with any search engine, missing from Wiki might be a blessing.
I did a quick search with DuckDuckGo and came up with multiple listing for our beloved leader, and one site that offers a lot of what we want, but I think his name is Ben Freed.

I also think this is an extraordinarily old web site, since it has a hit counter on it. Seriously? How 20th Century!

Ol’ Banjo Ben must really be aging with how busy he’s been lately.:rofl::joy:

Check out this one @Michael_Mark from fourteen years ago This is the first video on his YouTube channel so must have been around the time when @BanjoBen was in Taylor Swifts Band. I guess you must still have been in diapers back then!

OK, what kind of banjo is Ben playing? It has no 5th string peg on the neck, and therefore resembles the Scott Vestal “Stealth” banjo.

But it only resembles it, but it ain’t one.

That banjo is his Phantom, made by Mitch Key. I think he used it a lot while touring with Taylor Swift. He talks about it here:

Just was watching that video yesterday. Fascinated me since I have the Stealth banjo

I played a stealth the other day at a jam, it had such a bluesy tone and it had a really wide neck. It sounded great though.

They’re fun. Really unique sound and plays almost effortlessly. Who owned the one you played?

That is the site of a Banjo Ben Freed (RIP) that has not been taken down, and apparently is taking people’s money and not giving them the tabs

Hi @BanJoe the link you posted as Gunnar points out was Ben Freed’s website he past away a few years back.
