Really wish I could. I’ve played Guitar 50 years. Finger picked 30 years. Thought Banjo would be easy. I can play 4 fairly easy songs… And that’s it …

Luckily, those two conditions often share a comorbidity with OCD, which can go a long way in making practice more productive.
