Not a problem. Hang in there brother.
Asking for help
Don, your sharing and asking for prayers is no burden to us. I agree with the great advice from @Dr.Guitar. Iām praying that you can find a local community to share your burden as well. Perhaps you can get some respite care so you can be refreshed every few days with rest for yourself.
Just seeing this, and sorry to hear of your situation @Don_Smith We will certainly be lifting you and your wife in prayer.
Ya know, one of the things that I pray for, besides the one in the center of the crisis, is for the family in situations like this. I pray that they have the understanding that Godās will, will be done, and I pray that we are all at peace with this. I pray that we can recognize that Godās will isnāt always what we want in our own here and now. I know I have been selfish in my prayer life in the past, and now for that matter. Who knows, but the Lord, what lies down the road.
Youāre a good man @Don_Smith. Weāre not designed to go at it alone, so thanks for putting yourself out there and allowing us to carry this life experience along side you. My family will be praying for you and Robbin. Youāre a good man, Don.
Praying!!
@BanjoBen I did finally send you a PM with my phone number and explained why I have not been posting on the forum
I thank everyone that did reply to my post, just an update April 7th my wife was transported to a hospital and up until today I was unable to see her, I had other things on my mind other than posting on the forum i did read the replies and honestly the prayers that were posted up are what kept me going, again thank you everyone
The Drās are telling me I really need to consider a care facility but I just do not know if I can do that to my wife
Lifting you up.
Your in my thoughts and prayers Don. You have to make the right choice for your wife difficult as it is
Thank you! I"ll check the message! Sometimes I miss the forum messages, email is better. Praying for you!
Don, you and Robbin are in my prayers daily. I pray for Godās peace and His will in the decisions youāll make. Iām glad our prayers are a comfort.
I am praying for you and Robbin today.
As I was thinking of you and Robin, I remembered some times in the past when I had some tough family decisions to make. It can seem like there is a demand to get the right answer and get it soon. However, I wanted to encourage you to take your time and donāt feel pressure. Listen to what the medical staff have to advise, but know that this is your decision. You know your situation at home with Robbin better than anyone. Also, this is a decision that you can change your mind on.
Don, Iāve had you on my mind a lot, wondering about how things going with you and Robbin. You are still in my prayers and I pray for strength and peace for both of you.
Agreeing with Becky. You and Robbin have come to mind often in prayer.
Today is the first I time for me to see this thread. Iām praying for Robbin and for you Don.
