I managed to bag a decent 8-pointer last weekend just as the sun was coming up. It’s been a bit of a slow start in my area because of the unseasonably warm weather, so they haven’t been moving much during the day, but things are finally starting to pick up now that the temperature is dropping. I don’t have a great way to upload the photo right now, but he’s got a nice wide spread and plenty of meat for the freezer, which is really all I was hoping for this year.
