You and I didn’t do exactly the same thing before the acappella chorus, at the end of the dobro solo. I ended on a clean chopped I chord (that’s how RSKT recorded it - well, after the guitar solo), and you kept playing through the measure, leading up to the IV chord again. Maybe not a big deal but I noticed that.
Also I’m sure @Luke_L could play dobro so it’s more of a split collab instead of someone needing to play two instruments. Just an idea!

Oh maybe he didn’t do it. I didn’t record to his track, just to the metronome. Maybe I did it wrong then- sorry.

I just had to redo the verse, but I think I ended up redoing everything except the kickoff and last solo, because there were a few nagging things I knew I could get a little better.
What’s the next to go on? Probably mandolin by @oaklymaple?

@Dragonslayer You should go hear Ricky Skaggs at the Ryman tonight. He’s playing his first show since March 2020. I wish I could be there!

He is actually doing a free show on Sunday in Springfield, TN, about 30 minute drive from Nashville.

@Flatpickin_Libby, I’m going to have to miss it. We have a family event that we’ll be at instead. Hate to miss a show from such an iconic musician, especially when it’s free, but family comes first.

I missed his Ryman show, I was at the Station Inn at Maddie Denton’s album release party.
I did catch the free show, where I got to meet Ricky and also Ben Isaacs. (Right before I got kicked out of the backstage area lol)
