All outgoing email has been disabled by an administrator

I am getting a message banner on the forum that says “All outgoing email has been globally disabled by an administrator. No email notifications of any kind will be sent.” Is anyone else getting this message, and what does it mean?

Yes Brandon I too see the message it’s been there a couple of days, I believe work is being carried out on the Forum.

I figured so, it appears my avatar is gone too. Hopefully that’s issue is related as well. Thanks Archie
