5th String Tuner Guard - Pad

Hi Guys anyone know of a 5th String Tuner Guard or Pad or thumb guard.

Lately I have been playing a lot in the key of D and when I move to the A chord my thumb comes up against the tuner gearbox which over time my thumb becomes really sore from pressing against the tuner and I have to stop practicing. I have searched the internet for a leather thumb guard with a wristband but I cant find anything suitable.

Just wondered if any of you folks have come up with a solution to this problem

Would it be possible to wrap a band-aid around that part of your thumb. Not the plastic water proof ones but the fabric like ones.

I already have one, but it’s not as good as my Stelling or my Twanger both have 5th String pegs
