That’s the first time i spelled, i didn’t change it the other time. How did i do it?

Virtuosity without taste. Alas but it is expected at your age.
It’s like salt, it’s good, but shouldn’t be overused. A couple of the chefs you selected have amazing restraint, and the rest way oversalt their food
