I live in Northern New York, near Watertown. This winter is no different from past winters. It’s cold an it snows a lot. My projects all involve moving snow, every day, often multiple feet of snow. When I’m finished, my arms are too tired to lift a banjo, but I struggle to get it on my lap so I can pick for a few minutes before it’s time to start shoveling again. It seems all the snow has just slid off the roof into my driveway. ~sigh~
New discussion: projects & more!
Some. Not as much as I should have.
I started getting more into hardware and operating systems and gave up on coding. I sold hundreds of laptops between 2017 and 2021. Lately the market for used hardware isn’t what it was then. New stuff has gotten so much cheaper.
Her name’s Ruth We’ve sort of known each other since we were kids at church but we really grew close together this year through a variety of factors. Neither of us actually knew the other wanted to be more than friends until a month ago (to the day, actually). She’s my age, and plays violin and piano very well.
Oh, we did! Lotsa , lotsa fun. So much fun.
And no bugs!
Well, speaking of used hardware, there is a time and place for used (for example, if you need a monitor, one of the best places to get one is Dell Refurbished), but I definitely see that a lot of people would prefer a new PC or laptop.
Kerbal Space Program will be available for free on January 5 on Epic Games… I don’t have much time to play games these days, but I still add the weekly free game to my collection.
No kidding! Now, if they would only make KSP2 free on launch…
@Flatpickin_Libby So I just got done painting the garden fence. Yippie
Oh yeh, I bought the paint 5 years ago!
