I think you just can´t race it - It will become more and more natural with daily practice. We usually do not notice how much we have actually progressed until watching videos of yourself playing from months back

Just you wait until you get to Ben´s “touch and go”
It is like hop kip and jump on steroids - But I am sure anyone can do it eventually, just keep picking!
