When I choose the download lesson on my account it says the lesson was downloaded =11 files? I can’t find where the lesson was downloaded. I redownloaded the .pdf & .tef files individually and they did show in my downloads. I have a mac. What folder are the files downloading to? Are they going to my google email account?

Welcome to the forum! When you download the lesson, go and turn your wifi off, then open the browser and the lesson should show up there
The actual video files are not downloaded to your hard drive, but stored in your browser’s cache files to be accessed if you don’t have internet connection. Please watch this: Offline Video Storage
